Tall Ship Cruise – September 5

The Tall Ship Silva will be leaving the Halifax Waterfront at 6:00 on Friday, September 5. Join your fellow SIM students, as well as graduate students from the Master of Public Administration (MPA) and Master of Resource and Environmental Managment (MREM) programs, on a spectacular 2-hour sailing trip social. Landlubbers can meet the crew at Maxwell Plum at 8:00 for something to eat!

Welcome Reception – September 4

The Dalhousie Univeristy Libraries Welcome will take place on September 4 at 4:00. Join us in the Killam Library (5th floor Staff Lounge) to meet with your university librarians, current and incoming students, and school faculty during a relaxed social event. Snacks provided.

Summer Shine 2014

Are you curious about what the Dalhousie Libraries interns have been doing over the summer? Are you interested to hear about the current projects being undertaken in your university libraries?

The 2014 Summer Shine Series will take place on Wednesday, August 13, from 3:30-5 p.m. in Rowe 1009. This event has been designed to give the Dalhousie Libraries interns an opportunity to present projects they have been working on. The presentations promise to be varied and interesting, so come on out and see your classmates, the summer interns of the Dalhousie Libraries, shine.
